Follow the A41/51 towards the city centre. After the road sign the ‘Bars’ turn left down Dee Lane, marked River Dee. Follow the road down to the river. At the Boathouse Pub – follow the road round to the right – go through access only sign and Grove Villa is a white house on your right Number 18.
